How participation works
- Express your interest. Either pay in advance on the page below or email Pastor Juan at pastor.juan.perez@gmail.com with your full name (First, MI, Last), home address (city/state/ZIP), and cell phone number, and inform him of your interest.
- Receive the first materials after payment. The opening package includes Belief Therapy, the 12 Axioms, the Purpose of Counseling, an open-book questionnaire, and the Trainee Instructions Sheet.
- Study at your own pace. Read the materials and complete the questionnaire. Email your answers and request your review meeting.

The registration fee is $75 and is non-refundable. Payment is required before materials are released.

The registration fee covers administration, all training materials, questionnaires, review meetings. This fee is for the training program; counseling remains separate and is kept low-cost for those seeking counseling.
