How participation works
- Sign up online. Fill out the online sign-up form below on this page with your full name (First, MI, Last), home address (city/state/ZIP), email, and cell phone number. If you wish, you may pay the fee in advance using the payment options below.
- Receive the first materials after payment. The opening package includes Belief Therapy, the 12 Axioms, the Purpose of Counseling, an open-book questionnaire, and the Trainee Instructions Sheet.
- Study at your own pace. Read the materials and complete the questionnaire. Email your answers and request your review meeting.

The registration fee is $75 and is non-refundable. Payment is required before materials are released.
